Dziro Focus Timer (the "Application") is provided by SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of the App
- No account is required; the app works offline.
- All content generated by you (e.g., session durations, work totals) remains on your device.
- You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Application.
Motion Detection
The Application can use device motion sensors to pause the timer when movement is detected. This processing happens entirely on-device. You can deny motion permission; core timer functionality will still work without it.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If paid features are offered in the future, purchases will be processed by the relevant app store and subject to their terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store settings.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Application. You are responsible for maintaining your device and ensuring it remains charged and in good working order.
Changes to the App
The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time. If the Application is discontinued, your rights to use it will end and you should delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated terms.
