What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Supering account, the following data is permanently removed:

• ✓ Your profile information (name, email, photo, bio)
• ✓ All notes, tasks, reminders, and diary entries
• ✓ Goals and progress tracking data
• ✓ AI conversation history and prompts
• ✓ Files and photos you've uploaded
• ✓ Calendar integrations and synced events metadata
• ✓ Health and fitness data synced to the app
• ✓ Voice recordings and transcripts (if any stored)
• ✓ App preferences and settings
• ✓ Subscription and payment information
• ✓ Push notification tokens

What We Retain

For legal, security, and fraud prevention purposes, we may retain:

• Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
• Transaction records (required by law, anonymized after 90 days)
• Records of deletion request for compliance
• Aggregated usage statistics (cannot be linked to you)

Data Retention Period

• Account data: Deleted immediately upon request
• Backup systems: Purged within 30 days
• Cached content: Removed within 7 days
• OAuth tokens: Revoked immediately
• Health data: Deleted immediately (not retained in backups)
• Anonymized analytics: Retained indefinitely (no personal data)

Before You Delete

Consider these alternatives:

• Export your data: Go to Profile → Settings → Export My Data to download all your content
• Temporarily disable: Simply log out and take a break
• Delete specific content: Remove individual notes, tasks, or entries instead of entire account
• Revoke integrations: Disconnect Google Calendar or health apps without deleting your account

Third-Party Integrations

Deleting your Supering account does not automatically delete data from third-party services you connected:

• Google Calendar: Events created remain in your Google Calendar (not deleted)
• Apple Health / Google Fit: Your health data remains in those apps (we only read, not control)
• OAuth tokens: Access permissions are revoked immediately

Subscription Cancellation

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your app store:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Supering → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Supering → Cancel Subscription

Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription or issue refunds.

Reactivation

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. You may create a new account with the same email after 30 days, but all previous data will be lost.
