ℹ️ Note: This page explains how to delete your data while keeping your Supering account active. To completely delete your account, visit our account deletion page.
Delete Specific Content (In-App)
Delete Individual Notes:
- Open Supering app → Notes section
- Swipe left on any note → Tap "Delete"
Delete Tasks & Reminders:
- Go to Tasks tab
- Swipe left on a task → Select "Delete"
Delete Diary Entries:
- Navigate to Diary section → Open entry
- Tap three dots menu (⋮) → "Delete Entry"
Delete AI Conversation History:
- Go to AI Assistant → Conversation history
- Swipe left → Tap "Delete"
Disconnect Third-Party Integrations
Remove access to connected services:
Google Calendar:
Profile → Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar → Disconnect
Health Data (Apple Health / Google Fit):
Profile → Settings → Health & Fitness → Disconnect Health Data
Export Your Data
Before deleting, download all your data:
- Profile → Settings → Export My Data
- Choose format (JSON or ZIP) → Tap Request Export
Data emailed within 24 hours.

Data Retention After Deletion
- Deleted content: Removed immediately from app
- Backups: Purged within 30 days
- CDN cache: Cleared within 24 hours
- Analytics: Anonymized immediately
